Team Empathy  ·  Your roadmap

Your six months,
stage by stage.

Where Five Star Napkins is today, what comes next, and what we need from you
Your six months: 13 October 2026 to 13 April 2027   |   Updated 29 October 2026
They started at the kick-off call on 13 October (12 October in New Jersey). With production starting in December, the last stretch may run a little past April.
Where we are this week
  • Kick-off is done, and your Brand Kit and entity pack are back with us.
  • You're in Notable: your site is crawled, Search Console and GA4 are connected, and your Brand Kit is loaded from Darren's homework, ready for your review.
  • The technical audit is underway. The bulk fixes start once the Shopify connection is in (A1 below).
  • Your September report is live on this site, under September 2026.

Notable is taking longer than we planned. We're taking more time to get Notable's writing right before it writes for you, so your content goalposts sit further out than our original plan. That means most holiday content lands after this year's peak, so the technical fixes come first, getting the store in shape for the season.

A project lead is joining the team. We're wrapping up the final details with Zoe, and she looks set to join us very soon. She's been one of the top-performing content engineers at AirOps and has started a couple of businesses of her own, and she's coming on board because she's excited to help us build the world's best AI search app for Shopify. She'll be client-facing: leading your project day to day, helping with your content and keeping you updated every week.
